Hello all, I am the vice president of communications and membership and I started with the Academy in October 2007. I oversee and work with a fantastic team of creative, diverse, and hardworking colleagues to manage the Academy’s marketing, communications, social media, public relations, publications, and guidelines, and strategic documents. I also work with dynamic membership/customer service team to retain, recruit, and engage membership and volunteers.

I have 25-plus years of experience in project and publication management and marketing communications at several other membership associations and health-care organizations.

As a part of the Academy’s team, I truly enjoy my job and the everyday challenges and accomplishments of helping our members grow, learn, and stay informed so they can help the patients they serve.
