Hi everyone! I joined the Academy as the customer service administrator/office assistant in 2022. I am thrilled to be working alongside the membership and communications team to assist with any membership/customer inquiries and requests. It is my responsibility to ensure that every member or non-member receives exemplary customer service and care and, if necessary, is directed to best team member who can respond to their needs and provide solutions, resources, and information.
