AAA 2024+HearTECH Expo has worked diligently with the hotels in Atlanta to protect you and secure the best deals. Improper solicitation of hotel reservations from any company or hotel provider other than Omni Atlanta Hotel is risky and not approved by AAA 2024+HearTECH Expo.
Reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may be illegitimate, have unreasonable cancellation or change penalties, or be completely non-refundable. Please be aware of, and report any unauthorized solicitation to AAA 2024+HearTECH Expo.

Hotel Rates and Descriptions
The AAA 2024+HearTECH Expo will be held at the Georgia World Congress Center located in downtown Atlanta at 285 Andrew Young International Blvd. NW, Atlanta, GA 30313.
Registration for members of the Academy will open on November 7, 2023. Registration for nonmembers, exhibitors, and sponsors will open on December 5, 2023.

Hotel Cancellation Policy
Requests for a hotel cancellation after March 27 must be handled by you, directly with the hotel. Please note there is a hotel transfer period so wait to contact the hotels with changes until April 3. Prior to or on March 27, you may change or cancel your hotel reservation with our official hotel provider, Maritz Global Events, via the registration and housing website or by contacting Maritz customer service:
